Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under Your Account. You agree to immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other breach of security.
Permitted Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service. You shall not use the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that Your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to maritime regulations, export/import laws, sanctions, and anti-money laundering requirements.
Third-Party Data: If You upload or submit information relating to third parties (e.g., crew members, vessel agents, charterers, or suppliers), You represent and warrant that You have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations to share such information with Us and with relevant port agencies or service providers through the platform.

- Use automated tools (bots, scapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service without Our written consent;
